Canon PowerShot SD1200IS Review 2010

If you are carried by relatively low cost camera on the market for features that accompany compact and took great pictures, you might be wrong for missing PowerShot SD1200IS model from Canon.

Many parents wish to seize their young prince and princess photo right from their birth capturing every happy and sad moments. Though the mothers especially are not very photographic in taking pictures but surely they need camera which can suffice these adjustments.

I have one compact camera but its image quality wasn’t that good. On deciding to buy Canon PowerShot SD1200IS, and I am glad I did! This camera has lived up to my expectations 100%!

While this camera has 10 megapixels, and some of its competitors have 12, for the kind of picture taking I do, the difference is negligible. If you were going to blow up pictures and hang them on the wall, it may make a difference. But, to just email them to friends, the camera I think that making a purchasing decision based solely on the number of megapixels is a mistake. Instead, they should be focusing on the quality of the sensor and other features that are more valuable.

I think I've got my winter camera (Canon SX10) and a summer camera (Canon D10). After two weeks of testing, I can certainly recommend the Canon D10. It handles the underwater shots really well - I love the colors and brightness. On land, I do miss the zoom of the SX10, so this D10 is...
